Orcs are great mid TV 1300-1600 but get crucified high TV (once claw and other skills come in that negate their high AV and Str). Now in saying that my orcs played a dwarf last night, by the end of turn 6 he had 4 in the injury bin and failed 4 GFI's in the next 4 turns.he was cool with it.played to the end (tip o the hat).in my previous game, I had 2 dead !! including my best player and rolled 4 dub skulls on the trot.when out of RR's on my first or second move of a turn !!!! Some basics :ġ) Always stand players up first (unless you want to use them for blitz or move them when their TZ's are free)Ģ) If you need to pick the ball up, then weigh up a fumble, do you protect the ball, do your blocks blitz's or do you pick up the ball first.the number of RR's and your skill at picking up a ball, the weather.the score.the location of the ball etc.ģ) Always do 2D blocks first, and with those 2D blocks try to make more 2D blocks for others who currently only have a 1D optionĤ) Always do blocks where you have the block skill first.much less chance of landing on yer bumĥ) Target opponents weaker (AV) players first.ideally with your mighty blow players.Ħ) If you have to do 1D's try to do the ones that matter less first.and even just dont do them unless critical or your winning or 2 turns to go and it may open up a winner.or you have re-rolls to burn Luck is luck but there is alot you can do to stack it in your favour. Orcs are a bit 'mad' early on because other than their blitzers they have very few good starting skills (compared to say dorfs.block n tackle and their thick skulls negate orcy bash powah)
